Reason: the film pollution resistance heat sealing is poor, mainly because the resin used in the inner sealing layer is not suitable. Solution: The use of anti-pollution heat seal good film. Generally speaking, LDPE has moderate resistance to pollution heat sealing, EVA has good resistance to pollution heat sealing when VA content is large, LDPE also has good resistance to pollution heat sealing, ionic resins and metallocene polymers have excellent resistance to pollution heat sealing.

Reasons: (1) the heat sealing temperature is too high; (2) excessive pressure; (3) the heat sealing time is too long; (4) The edge of the upper sealing device is too sharp or the covered PTFE is damaged; (5) the silicone rubber at the bottom of the seal is strong; (6) During the recombination and curing process, a part of the adhesive penetrates into the film. Substrate due to the penetration of adhesive, toughness (impact resistance) decreased, brittleness increased; (7) After cooling and placing, the thermal sealing strength of plastic composite packaging bags increases, and there is also a tendency to become brittle. Solution: (1) According to the heat sealing characteristics of the inner sealing material, select the appropriate processing temperature, pressure and heat sealing time; (2) Improve the surface state of the upper heat sealing knife, so that the surface of the sealing device is smooth; (3) with polytetrafluoroethylene cloth covered intact; (4) Choose suitable hardness of silicone rubber pad.

Reasons: (1) Short cooling time; (2) poor contact of the cooling plate; (3) Because the silicone pad is heated, the edge is partially melted; (4) Uneven longitudinal heat sealing force; (5) The edge of the heat sealing knife is not neat and blunt. Solution: (1) Adjust the cooling time; (2) Adjust the cooling plate; (3) Replace or adjust the heat sealing knife; (4) Prevent edge melting caused by overheating of silicone pad.
